Customer satisfaction surveys: Not one but two
This is how we perfect our service. After the completed installation, we ask you to complete a questionnaire that asks you to rank our goods and services from “poor” to “excellent” and to add your own comments. The vast majority of these surveys have “very good” or “excellent” in all categories, but we are not complacent, every decision maker in the business signs them off and we learn from any negative comments more than the positive ones. Also, and totally independently, the CPA conducts its own surveys and then analyses the data and forwards the results to us. These results usually reflect the same patterns as our own surveys but help us to build the knowledge base we need to keep improving. return to Order Process |
