Rather than paying our lawyers to write a set of Terms and Conditions that attempt to protect us in the event of a dispute, and which will always be overwritten by the customer's rights under volumes of consumer legislation and case law, we prefer to use our resources to get the job done right and and hone our communications to avoid disbutes. The very last thing we want to is end up in court arguing about the Sale Of Goods Act and our Terms Of Trade. We provide good honest service, products that represent excellent value for money and clearly defined payment terms. We treat our customers fairly and expect them do the same to us.
