Installation satisfaction survey
Conducted by the Consumer research Association, this survey was completed by every customer on their application for an insurance backed guarantee. When their home improvement has been finished, The CPA request the homeowner to complete the survey to enable prospective customers to see a clear indication of installations undertaken. | Quality and service standards survey
